1. Supply Price.com with up-to-date product prices, shipping and handling and stock information.
2. Clearly define and make easily accessible customer service policies on the vendor site. The customer service policy should include information on returns, shipping prices and procedures, company contacts, and credit card procedures.
3. Must be listed on Price.com for a minimum of ninety (90) days.
4. Honor prices to consumers displayed on the vendor Web site without excuses, product "bait and switch", or other issues that might cause a lack of consumer confidence.
5. Merchant has a minimum 3 star rating, which is determined by reviews posted by consumers. (5 ratings minimum)
6. Provide a secure environment for all transactions using a secure commerce server and encryption technology.
7. Process orders promptly and send an email confirmation and order summary within (1) business day of the initial order. If the item is back-ordered, up-to-date stock information must be provided.

The vendor may then, at Price.com's discretion, become eligible for reapplication to the program after the vendor demonstrates to Price.com that their customer service issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
